    Qualifications:
    • BS/MS degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related programs
    • Experience with Java and knowledge of data structures

  • System and MySQL Admin

    Job Scope:
    • Installation of new servers at customer datacenters
    • Configuration of servers from scratch and make them ready for R&D team’s usage
    • Install and configure MySQL Server
    • MySQL Server administration experience is a plus
    • Operate support and maintenance tasks on all development, test and production servers
    Qualifications:
    • Administration level experience with Linux/Unix distributions and Windows Server operating systems
    • Good understanding of network administration on redundant, high-available enterprise infrastructures
    • Basic knowledge of configuring network devices from variety of vendors like Cisco, HP, Juniper etc. Hands-onexperience is a plus.
    • Advanced level of spoken and written English
    • Certifications like CCNA/CCNP is a plus
    • Experience with Vmware ESXi is a plus

    • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, IPSec and SNMP protocols.

  • NOC Engineer

    The NOC Engineer is responsible for monitoring and supporting critical managed network elements using real time alarming of network faults and notifications. Problem identification, ticketing, and basic troubleshooting of all network systems, specifically focused on TDM and SIP based voice networks. Position requires a 24/7 operation and may include varied start times and days off.

    Job Scope:
    • Monitor and support critical managed network elements using real time alarming of network fault notification
    • Provides assistance and coordination; facilitating efforts with multiple support organizations internally, service providers, vendors and any other outside support organizations as needed.
    • Initiate, update, track and close trouble tickets; creating and sending network alerts as needed to internal or external organizations (customer care, development, engineering, etc.).
    • Perform proactive network element status and health checks as part of normal surveillance activities.
    • Upon receipt of network trouble conditions, follow procedures to directly access certain network elements to validate and further isolate specific trouble conditions.
    • Work to ensure Service Level goals for alarms, tickets and calls are met.
